Hidden facts of an unusual culture revealed in a unique colorful harmony of fantasy and reality, a romantic novel that calls for freedom of choices.
A must-read revelation of hidden facts of a still lively nation, Bargain for Love tackles the oppressions of the forbidden when Serena reconsiders her own freedom of choices illicit with the women behind the veil and their intricate situations.
Whisked up in an emotional, challenging romance with an Italian count she mistakes for a gypsy, she struggles with her own conflicts from a shattered marriage, as she gains new insight on century and century of deep-rooted traditions, faces an enticing proposal of a handsome sheik, acknowledges her right for happiness, and regains confidence on her own feminine sensuality.
Stunned to meet again Count Warren in Marbella, Serena is more surprised to find their attraction revived when a twist of fate leaves her no choice but to concede to his outrageous bargain that sails them in a blazing adventure towards their surrender. |

Ms. Laurens has delivered an exceptional story with exciting and unusual locations, as well as, a great range of emotions experienced by her characters.
The excitement of the fashion industry along with the magnetism of royalty fills the book with wonderful backdrops to a dramatic, but tender love story. The book was captivating and since it was based upon true facts, it is all the more enchanting. This praise comes from someone (me) who is not particularly fond of or impressed by romance novels. This one is different. Don’t miss the opportunity to read it.

This is a wonderfully descriptive novel about misunderstanding, personal growth, fate, and true love.
Ms. Laurens writes quite a romantic story as Serena begins to rebuild her self-confidence and learns to enjoy the world around her. Warren is the quintessential Italian in his passion and emotions for Serena.
I was taken to places only the rich and famous go and enjoyed champagne, food, and a lush lifestyle through Ms. Laurens’ writing. It was a fabulous journey that I believe everyone would enjoy. With her first book, Ms. Laurens is placing herself on my keeper shelf.

Bargain For Love by Elly-Royce Laurens is more than just a romance. It's an adventure with a story line that covers a myriad of issues...oppression, jealousy, fantasy, reality, big business, relationships and difficult decisions. Elly-Royce gives you a first-hand opportunity to experience difficult cultures while looking in on the romantic bargain that Warren and Serena strike. I appreciated that her writing style left the love scenes to my own imagination. Her descriptions leading up to them, made it very easy. Bargain for Love is indeed a bargain. If you like everything rolled into one... you'll love this book.

Read an incredible love story - filled with adventure, passion and self-discovery.
Serena and Warren's reunion filled my heart with tears, then gladness. I don't know if I've ever read a reunion scene like this. Will Serena and Warren make their disjointed relationship work now? Warren proposes a bargain to Serena. The prize? Serena's heart. What does Serena have to gain in this bargain? Well, you'll to have to read BARGAIN FOR LOVE to find out!
BARGAIN FOR LOVE gives us a wonderful peek of Saudi Arabia culture, while thrilling us with the beauty of Rome, Marbella and Monaco. The descriptions of the various countries are exquisite. In addition to that, the character development in this story is extraordinary. Serena has such wonderful qualities, such as loyalty, devotion and innocence. Warren is incredibly introspective, if I had to choose only one word to describe him, that would be it. Also, his loyalty and dedication to his family is unsurpassed. These two characters make BARGAIN FOR LOVE a story that is sure to be a keeper.
When I was at Ms. Royce's website, I was thrilled to find out that BARGAIN FOR LOVE is based on her experiences in the fashion industry, as well as her many world travels. This is going to make the wait for the following story, SEALED BY REVENGE, very difficult.
These two stories are making a statement for women world-wide. Ms Royce has done a wonderful job of mixing fact with fiction. BARGAIN FOR LOVE is not be missed!

An ambitious work of fiction...with an empowering message…
A jet-setting romance novel "inspired by true facts." With its multi-purpose plotline, and lavish descriptions of Rome, the Arabian Gulf, Marbella and Monte Carlo, this two-tiered story possesses both substance and style.
This multilingual author has set a new fashion for evocative, issue-oriented romance which explore universally significant themes and are spiced with theatrical flair.

| | Elly-Royce Laurens is rapidly becoming one of my favorite authors.
Elly-Royce Laurens writes with wisdom about the fashion industry and the lifestyles of the rich and famous from several cultural perspectives. BARGAIN FOR LOVE takes the reader on a vicarious and scenic journey around the world. Descriptions of the evening gowns are memorable, one can feel the texture of the fabric and see the complimentary drape against the curves of the women and models. The reader is treated to two great scenes of tantalizingly transparent tests of testosterone when Warren meets Sheik Rakan and Serena's ex-husband, Kevin. Elly-Royce Laurens subtly utilizes incongruent visual cues for the reader. An example includes a lovely scene with Warren and Serena on the moonlit beach and the sounds of Ricky Martin singing "La Vida Loca" in the distance. I instantly pictured gyrating, leather clad Martin. The combination of the love and serenity on the beach along with the sexy liveliness of the song make the scene perfect.
I read SEALED BY REVENGE, the sequel to BARGAIN FOR LOVE, before reading BARGAIN FOR LOVE. Each book is unique and maintains consistency of character and plot. I recommend BARGAIN FOR LOVE as a fun read with the ability to transport the reader to a fantasy land. Elly-Royce Laurens is rapidly becoming one of my favorite authors. "
